Director of Training for 4 sight solutions, JOHN has built a dynamic consultancy business after a successful career in the Human Resource Management and Learning and Development fields.

With a Masters Degree in Strategic HR and a fellow of the CIPD and RSA, he has spent most of his 18 year career, delivering and implementing business training solutions in various small, medium and blue chip organisations in both HR, soft skills and management techniques within different industry sectors – both nationally and internationally, including the Middle East, Central and Southern Europe.

He has had significant hands on management experience in delivering HR solutions and projects at various levels and sizes. As a former senior HR manager and regional training manager, John has a wide consultancy experience designing, delivering training and coaching directors and senior managers working in both internal and external consulting roles in large re-organisations to major change programmes

HR and Leadership development are the main fields that John specialises in – characterised as having an energetic, enthusiastic delivery style, he prides himself on delivering client focused solutions in a fun and practical way. As a master NLP practitioner using the latest accelerated learning techniques, he is uses experiential learning tools to enhance the learning experience to its maximum.

A great track record of excellent results ensures John is a high impact performer, with qualifications in Business Coaching, Life Coaching, he can also administer MBTI & SDI all these results in a broad and comprehensive understanding of human behaviour in and outside of the workplace.
